Rehearsal Schedule for the Week of 2/26

Thank you to everyone who was present for our first full cast choreography session.  There is a lot to do to get each of these numbers ready for the show and attendance is imperative as it is difficult to choreograph around missing cast members.  Please understand that if you are missing from multiple choreography sessions (even for excused absences) it may be necessary to remove you from the song you have repeatedly missed the blocking for, due to the sheer amount of time it would take to catch you up.  

Also, on the topic of attendance, we did talk about honoring your commitment to coming to play rehearsal when you have another activity scheduled at the same time.  Please see us if you have an issue so that we can help you resolve any questions you may have.

We hope you all enjoyed a relaxing long weekend! This week will be the first time we will be adding choreography at our full cast rehearsal.  In the upcoming weeks, be looking for news about a parent meeting to discuss costumes and volunteer opportunities.

Rehearsal Schedule for the Week of Februray 12th

Rehearsals are going very well!  Please keep the following in mind for our full cast rehearsals:  please use the bathroom prior to coming to rehearsal, please remember to bring your music with you and 3) If you are coming from Project Launch and bringing your snack - please remember to sit in the designated area for food, eat with purpose and be following along with Mrs. Hartzell and the rest of the group so that you are prepared to join us when you finish eating.  Thank you for helping us make the most of our full cast rehearsal time together!

Rehearsal Schedule for the Week of February 5th

Fingers crossed that the weather will cooperate this week!  Rehearsals are coming along very nicely.  Please note that unexcused absences will be recorded on a chart on the bulletin board by the main office so that you can keep track.  Each student is responsible for keeping track of their unexcused absences.  Remember that once a student reaches 3 unexcused absences they will be removed from the show.
