The students have been working incredibly hard on the show
and we are excited for opening night this week!

Just a few notes:
Ticket Sales:
Advance Tickets Sales will take place outside the auditorium
on Tuesday and Wednesday from 3-4pm.
Tickets can also be purchased at the door before each show. Ticket Price is $5 per person.
Snacks:
The students will begin arriving for Hair and Makeup between
4pm and 5pm on Wed, Thurs and Fri. so it is really imperative that they have
something substantial to eat before they come to the school, however we will have
snacks available for them to keep them fueled up before the show. Please note that we have several students with
life threatening food allergies, so students may not bring outside food to eat
in the dressing rooms. Also, the kids
change into their costumes before heading into hair and makeup and cannot have
anything messy to eat in their costumes.

On that note: Thank you to everyone who volunteered to send in snacks for
the students for this week! If you have not already sent them in, items can be
sent in with your student to rehearsal Monday or Tuesday or can be brought to
the main office during the school day.

DVDs:
Our show is being professionally recorded and DVDs can be
ordered for $15 each. Payment can be
made by cash or check. Checks should be
made payable directly to the videographer, “Brendan Scullin”. Order forms will
come home this week.
Cast Party:
The students will have a cast Pizza Party following the last
performance on Saturday. The party will
run from 5pm to 6:30. Permission slips will come home this week.
